Galanthus Woronowii snowdrop is one of the early-flowering snowdrop varieties that attracts attention with its delicate beauty and ability to decorate the garden immediately after winter. This species is prized for its decorative foliage and showy flowers, making it a wonderful addition to any spring landscape.

Variety description

  • Flowers: Characterized by delicate snow-white flowers with a diameter of 2-3 cm. The flowers have a classic bell shape with three large outer petals and an inner one, some of which are decorated with green markings at the base. This gives them a unique look and makes the flower even more decorative.
  • Dimensions: The plant reaches a height of 10-15 cm, which makes it ideal for the foreground of flower beds, alpine slides, borders and mixed borders.
  • Foliage: A distinctive feature of the variety is broad, glossy, bright green foliage that appears at the same time as flowering. The leaves are lanceolate and remain decorative after flowering.
  • Flowering: Begins to bloom in early spring, depending on climatic conditions, it occurs in February or March. Flowering lasts for several weeks, creating a real spring mood in the garden.

Cultivation features
