Variety description:

Foliage: broad, rich green with a characteristic bluish tint typical for tulips.

Blooming time: very early — late March to April. Flowering lasts about two weeks.

Growing conditions:

Soil: light, fertile, well-drained. Preferably sunny, but light partial shade is acceptable.

Care: regular but moderate watering during active growth. After flowering, remove spent buds, leaving foliage until yellowing to allow nutrients to return to the bulb.
