Alfalfa organic non-magnetic on microgreens
To grow microgreens from alfalfa seeds:
Soak alfalfa for 8-10 hours in warm water.
Sow thickly and evenly on a prepared tray, mat or in a glass jar, cover with water.
Press down so that the roots are well rooted in the substrate.
Keep at a temperature of 20-22 °C for 3-4 days in a dark place. Keep it on a well-lit windowsill for the next 3-5 days. When the height of the shoots is 3-5 cm, alfalfa can be eaten.

Among the benefits of regular consumption of microgreen alfalfa:

The recommended seeding density per box 11х18 cm is 10 grams. It can be grown on linen mats, on another suitable substrate or in a glass jar without a substrate (9-10 grams per liter jar).
