Low-Growing Lawn Grass Seed Mixture
The low-growing lawn grass seed mix is an excellent solution for creating a compact, decorative, and well-kept lawn. Thanks to its slow growth, the grass looks neat and requires much less mowing compared to standard lawn mixtures.
✅ Key Benefits:
Slow growth with a rich green color;
High resistance to drought and shade (85% red fescue in the mix);
Forms a dense, uniform, and durable turf;
Ideal for home gardens, decorative areas, and those who prefer low-maintenance lawns.
Sowing Recommendations:
Soil preparation: dig over the area, remove weeds, apply fertilizers if needed, and level with a rake.
Sowing: best in spring when the soil warms up to +8…+10 °C. Sow in different directions for even distribution, then roll or lightly rake and water with a spray nozzle.
Care: before germination (6–10 days), keep the soil moist. Later, water at least once every two weeks. Recommended mowing height — not lower than 4 cm.
Seed Mix Composition:
Red fescue “MAXIMA I” — 45%
Red fescue slender “SAMANTA” — 40%
Kentucky bluegrass “EVORA” — 15%
