Melilotus albus

Melilotus albus (Melilotus albus) is an extremely useful honey plant and siderate for your gardens and allotments.

Burkun seeds are planted depending on the soil, on heavy soil - shallow up to 0.5 cm, on light - deeper up to 2.5 cm, but everywhere it is very important not to allow the soil to dry out

Preparation of seeds for sowing: burkun seeds are covered with a hard shell from above, therefore, before sowing, they need to be scratched so that the seeds begin to gain moisture faster (scarification). Such a process at home can be carried out using sandpaper manually, or use a concrete mixer with sandpaper glued to its walls.

15 days before sowing, the seeds must be brought into a warm room and dried.
