The vetch of the Bilotserkivska variety, or as it is also called seed pea, is an annual herbaceous plant of the legume family. This culture is moisture-loving and cold-resistant.
Vetches are usually grown in a mixture with oats, sometimes with barley, because by their nature creeping legumes are adapted to grow with supporting crops. Vick is resistant to diseases. It plays an important role in improving the quality of the soil, enriching it with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, as well as improving its structure and physical properties.
We recommend sowing in April-May or 1.5 months before the first frost. Vetch is also known for its high yields and a wide range of uses, including use as a forage crop and honeydew.
